[iOS] swift webview

swift 和 objective-c 似乎方便很多，拉storyboard 裡的 UI controller 也方便一點點。

建立一個 swift class 之後，在一般預設的 code 之外，就可以把 UI 拉到中間，拉完的 code 如下：

紅字部份是直接拉進 code 裡產生的。
