安裝 twine相關工具
python -m pip install build
python -m pip install twine
python -m pip install wheel打包 setup.py:
python setup.py sdist bdist_wheel上傳:
python -m twine upload dist/*打包的步驟會產生出3個新的資料夾, build/, dist/ 還有 .egg 的, 如果用不到的話, 記得刪除。

千萬別吧 username 真的打入 username , 不然會顯示錯誤訊息:
